Frequently Asked Questions
Stumbl uses your location to find nearby bars, restaurants, and activities. Your location is only used while the app is open and is never stored on our servers.
When you tap SPIN, the app selects a venue from nearby options that match your current filters (distance, price level, venue type). Stumbl uses a smart algorithm that learns from your preferences over time.
Party Mode lets you create a group session with friends. Share your party code, and everyone can spin together and see results in real-time. Parties expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
You can manage or cancel your Stumbl Pro subscription through your device's Settings app: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Stumbl.
Your check-in history, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all local data. For cloud data deletion requests (party data), email us at ishanperera07@gmail.com.
Make sure location permissions are enabled for Stumbl in your device settings. Also try increasing the search radius in the filter settings.
